Select a dataset to open. Options 1 to 3 open the workbook or folder held on SharePoint, under your own account. Option 4 generates a view of the data currently held on this device.
1. Fleet register data
Sites, machines, engineers and the per-site radio defaults. Source: Service Dropdown Data.xlsx, in the reports library.
2. Service report data
Every submitted FN169 report, its PDF and its photographs, with the report number, site, engineer, date and visit type held as SharePoint columns.
3. Drawing library
Electrical, hydraulic and water drawings, filed by mine site and machine serial. The same folder the Drawings section reads and uploads to.
